Today, William made me a bet! That I could get an iMac in March if I could lose 15 pounds from today by March 18. That will put me at 262.2. This bet is ON!!!
He also made a bet about losing 25 pounds from today by May 1, prize yet to be detemined but I bet I can come up with something good! That will put me at 252.2. Only 75-100 pounds away from my goal...I know a far fetch but I am bound and determined.
Today while eating at World Garden, I tried Balsamic Vinaigrette for the first time and must say that it is YUMMY! I realized that I don't have to have everything smothered in Ranch. If I could just lay off so much dipping sauces I think i might lose a little weight....ya think?!?!
Tonight I made myself 2 tuna salads that should last me 3-4 meals. Each tuna salad has 278 calories, so if I only ate half or even 1/3 of the 2 I still would be at 139-185 calories plus 100 calories for bread &/or the calories for Harvest Cheddar Sunchips or triscuits or something like that.
I am learning alot about myself with this 21 day fast, but I must say I will be glad when it is over but at the same time I have to watch what I put in my mouth, I am not 15 anymore along with keeping up my exercise. I really want to get healthy so I can be a mommy to a sweet little Madelyn(MaddieLew) or a sweet little Will(LittleLew)...matches mommy(CaseyLew) & daddy(BigLew or Lew):)(yes we already have names, when you have been married 5 1/2 years you have these things decided)
