today

B:almonds
L:spud ole from mcalister's(2 potatoes put together with chili, cheese and jalapenos
D:salsa & baked corn chips, white cheddar natural cheetos...not the typical dinner, nothing in the house and I was gone all day and not able to cook, since I ate out for lunch and it was almost 600 calories, kinda light on the dinner.
S:pineapples

Drinks: 5 bottles of water, 1 glass of water, 1 glass of 2% milk

Exercise: 40 minutes on treadmill, distance 1.83; elliptical 10 minutes, 0.81 distance; 10 minutes on treadmill, distance 0.45.

I hurt all over! I am so discouraged! I weighed myself today and have gained weight, SERIOUSLY?!?
