L: chicken noodle soup with crackers(16 points)
S: 3 mini pickles
D: cheese burger on bread with lettuce and pickles(13 points)
S:fiber one bar(2 points)

Drinks: 3 bottles of water, 1 route 44 diet vanilla coke(i have a slight problem!), 2 glasses of sweet tea

Exercise: shoveled the whole driveway
