weekly weigh in...

B: honey nut cheerios and fat free milk(9 points)
L:ham & cheese wrap with lettuce, pickles and tomato with sunchips(6 points)
D:4 bean chili with no meat, chili cheese fritos, cheese and mustard(14 points)
Snack: fiber one bar(2points), and a few crackers for heart burn(2 points)

somewhere in the day I have 3 mini pickles

Total:33 points

Drinks: 2 1/2 glasses of tea, 1 glass of water

Exercise:shoveled half of the driveway:)
