L:tuna salad & harvest cheddar sunchips
S:dried apricots & white raisins
D:tuna helper, corn & pineapples
Drinks: 3 bottles of water, 1 glass of water, 1 glass of Cranberry juice
Exercise: 36 minutes on the treadmill walked 1.6 miles, ran 2 of those minutes(1 minute at a time), lighted weights for arms(biceps & triceps) & abs
Challenge: be able to run for 1.5 minutes 2 weeks from today.
