B:Jillian Michaels Whey Protein with 8oz glass of fat free milk(180 cal - 3 points)
L:Panera Bread - Half Greek salad, potato soup with sourdough bread(540 cal - 13 points)
D:small amount of pot roast, green beans, home made mashed potatoes, piece of cornbread, salad(lettuce, cheese, tomato, bacon) with small amount of ranch dressing
Dessert: 2 cupcakes....HUGE weakness, working through this!

Drinks: 2 glass of water, 3 glasses of sweet tea
