meals...

B: OJ & almonds & golden raisins
L:tuna salad & jalapeno cheetos(not the best choice but I did eat them and I have no plans to do it again, mostly because I didn't have my chips that I should have.)
D: salad with green olives, cheedar cheese cubes & balsamic vinagrette with pepperconnis & about 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat noodles with home made spaghetti sauce and mushrooms

Drinks: 4 bottles of water, 2 glasses of 1% milk( I have horrible heartburn)

Exercise: 35 minutes on elliptical with 2.32 distance; 11 minutes of weight lifting in the jump start circuit room(arms, chest, abs, legs and lower back)
