L: spinach salad with carrots, cheese, olives, a baby pickle and homemade balsamic vinaigrette, and maybe a cup of pasta with sauce
S:a few grapes, a few cheese cubes, some popcorn
D:vegetable soup

Drinks: 4 bottles of water, 2 glasses of water
