B: 1 glass of OJ
L:Panera Pick Two - potato soup & greek salad
S:handful of pretzel sticks, 10 olives and 1 baby dill pickle
D:broccoli & cheddar cheese pasta, chips & salsa

Drinks:6 bottles of water, 1 glass of water, 2 glasses of juicy juice, 1 small glass of 2% milk

Exercise: 45 minutes on treadmill, 1.98 miles
