B:OJ & almonds & golden raisins
L: tuna salad & harvest cheddar sunchips
S:triscuits, cheese cubes & green olives
D:salad with cheese cubes, tomato and oil & vinegar

Drinks: 4 bottles of water(700 ml) - 2 of them had flavoring added - 1 1/2 glasses of 1% milk(heartburn) and mylanta

Exercise:10:45 on treadmill; distance 0.48, 19:15 on elliptical; distance of 1.77, 13 minutes of weight lifting in the jump start circuit room(arms, chest, abs, legs and lower back)
