D:a few bites of whole wheat pasta and veggies(just didn't taste good to me) so I had a bowl of Kashi Honey Toasted Oats with 2% milk.

Drinks: 1 glass of milk, 3-4 glasses of cranberry juice and 1 glass of water.
Exercise: 1 mile in 30 minutes with hills.
