Lunch:Ham & cheese tortilla with a salad and baked doritos(12 points)
Dinner:grilled cheese and tomato soup(12 points)

Drinks: 1 bottle of water, 1 bottle of tea, 2 glasses of tea, 44 oz diet vanilla coke

No exercise today...:( forgot my shoes at home and the ice storm came so I didn't go back to town.
