today..

B:none(slept all morning, not feeling well)
L:mac n cheese(1/2 box)
S:dried apricots & handfull of pretzels
D:potato soup
S:peaches

Drinks: 1 glass of water, 1 glass of OJ, 1 glass of milk(small), 2 glasses of Apple Juice

Exercise:30 minutes on treadmill with 1.3 miles walked(didn't feel well today so I took it easy)
