B: glass of juicy juice
S:orange and 10 pretzel sticks
L: tuna salad with harvest cheddar sunchips
D:about 2 cups or a little more of spaghetti(whole wheat noodles with home made sauce) and half a granny smith apple

Drinks: 4 bottles of water, 1 glass of cranberry juice, 1 glass of 1% milk(horrible heartburn)

Exercise: 33 minutes; 3.08 distance on the elliptical; lifted weights in the circuit training room(arms, chest, back, abs and legs)
