B:1 glass of juicy juice & a handful of almonds
L:spinach salad with carrots, cheese, olives and balsamic vinagrette(homemade) & pasta and spaghetti sauce & baby pickle
S:Grapes
D:Kashi cereal with 2%milk,handful of golden raisins

Drinks: 4 bottles of water, 1 glass of cranberry juice

Exercise: 33 minutes on elliptical with distance of 3.03
