weekly weigh in...

B:glass of OJ...this is becoming a habit, I hate breakfast!
L:Sushi King(California roll, teriyaki chicken, veggies & a little fried rice) some pineapple and orange...I know I have eaten out alot this week, not typical just catching up with friends before school starts back.
D:(leadership meeting at church)2 pieces of ham deli meat with one piece of cheese, 6 green olives, half of a pickle, 3 strawberries, some green grapes, and a small bag of cheetos

Drinks:1 large glass of water, 4 bottles of water, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of juicy juice

Exercise:30 minutes on the treadmill 1.36 miles

Weight: 275.2
