todays meals...

B: handful of almonds
L:mac & cheese
S:banana, pretzels & mustard
D:Broccoli Alfredo with angel hair pasta
S:Kashi Honey Toasted Oats & 2% milk

Drinks: 2 glasses apple juice, 2 glasses of water, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of cranberry juice

Exercise:Didn't make it today...just too cold for it:(
