Todays meals...

B:raisins and almonds
L:tuna salad and 6 roasted garlic triscuits
S:a few almonds
D:Brown rice and veggies with soy sauce
S:pear

Drinks: 2 1/2 glasses of water, 1 large glass of 2% milk, 2 glasses of cranberry juice

Exercise: 15 mintues and 0.75 miles on the treadmill, 15 minutes on elliptical, strength training: chest, thighs, abs and lower back.
