L:World Garden salad bar with baked potato...lettuce, croutons, green olives, greek olives, tomatoes, 1/2 a pickle, and italian dressing; baked potato with a little cheese and a little sour cream...not too much because I weighted myself this morning and have already lost 2 pounds...YEAH!
D:subway salad with lettuce, ham, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, black olives, banana peppers, jalapenos and oil and vinegar
S:Small glass of juicy juice
Drinks: 1 glass of water, 4 bottles of water, 1 glass of cranberry juice
Exercise: 36 minutes and 40 seconds; 3.55 distance on the elliptical; lifted weights in the circuit training room(arms, chest, back, abs and legs)
