D: Slim Chickens: 3 grilled chicken tenders, fried okra, a few french fries, half a piece of texas toast and slim chicken sauce

Total: 13 points

Drinks: 1 bottle of water, 1 glass of Diet Rite

Exercise: 20 minute on treadmill Distance 0.95, 8 minutes weight lifting.
